1. Senior Management Consultant (Ref#23) - Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business performance improvement reviews of clients' operations, using structured consulting methodologies and frameworks, in order to resolve client's strategic and operational issues.
  • Interact with clients to understand, uncover, and define the nature and scope of projects
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in conducting research, analyzing results, and synthesizing all outputs
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and senior team members to deliver services to clients, develop new products, address operational issues, etc.
  • Provide problem solving leadership and develop junior and senior team members
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and project execution.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant consulting experience with a large management consulting firm
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and staff
  • Advanced leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to exercise judgment
  • Deep level of expertise and experience in business processes and information systems analysis
  • Proven ability to attract, manage and develop talent.
  • BA or BS degree required, Master's degree is a plus.
  • Multi-lingual a plus (Spanish, French, Portuguese)
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required; Access, VBA, Project, and Visio

2. Executive Assistant
(Ref#34) - Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Consultant in the firm.
  • Manage Outlook calendars and make domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Answer phone and take messages as needed
  • Prepare and track T&E expense reports
  • Assist in meeting preparation, video conference and teleconference support
  • Handle all general administrative tasks including faxing, copying, scanning, mailings, invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Prior Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment

 

3. Network / Systems Administrator (Ref#29) - Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft based networks, systems and servers.
  • Provide network administration for Windows Server 2003/2007/2008 based systems.
  • Provide support for Active Directory and Exchange 2007.
  • Provide support of LAN, MS domain and related services.
  • Support MS Back-office products - Exchange, IIS, SQL.
  • Build, maintain and support systems and servers.
  • Resolve production issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Responsible for administration and support of remote systems and applications.
  • Write documentation in support of infrastructure. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft networking concepts
  • Strong hardware, operating system and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting software packages, SCOM, SCCM, Active Directory, VMware ESX, MS Exchange Server 2003 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2010
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Microsoft Certification preferred
